The best time of the year. December, full of celebrations especially work parties!
Work Christmas parties are good for team to socialize, and also can be telling of how you comport yourself in a public gathering.
Here are the few things to avoid;
1. Do not get drunk...as simple as that! We know the drinks are free but it's no excuse.
2. Your hands are for shaking not groping. Don't grope your boss or colleagues simply because they smiled at you for the first time in a year...Your sack letter awaits.
3.Don't pester people for phone numbers...you will surely be left disappointed.
4. Don't grab more food than you can actually finish...a sign of greed I say.
5.It's called dancing on the floor not rolling on the floor-leave your Michael Jackson dancing skill for another day.
6. Don't fancy your boss or try to flirt- not a good look.
7. Don't wear very skimpy outfits. Keep it classy if you are to wear minis, team up with stockings.
8. Don't scream while talking...remember you will go back to work!
9. It's not your birthday party! Don't grab all the attention even if you think you are the heart and soul of a party
10. Don't swear! Ever!
