Growing up, I always thought Gele only works with full lace or ankara wrapper etc, mainly because that's how it was worn by our mothers. I love fashion and love to experiment so I decided to put my own stamp by wearing my Gele with long lace dresses, tops and skirts combination. At first, my friends thought it was a joke, that I was going to pull it off but I did. I was the belle of the ball! The combination can work if you have an idea of what styles and colours suit you best. Experiment with lots and you will be glad you did.
